I ordered pillow covers from three different companies on Etsy. All three were equal in quality and functionality. All three were similar distances from my address and ordered on the same day: Nov 17- well before the December rush. All three orders were stock designs - no personalization. Two of the companies got my items delivered to USPS within a 1-3 day turnaround and I received them in a very timely fashion, despite the Thanksgiving holidays. This company, however, promised 7-10 days for non personalized items & 10-14 for personalized. I felt it was a bit long for turnaround, but purchased it anyway, hoping for the 7 day window. 13 days later, it was dropped at USPS. All in all, it took nearly 4 weeks to receive my order. That’s too long for me to purchase from them again.
