Purchased two covers and an insert from this seller and I am pleased with the quality and look of the items. My rant about the late shipping and lack of communication is in the first review so giving this one 5 stars because the pillow covers definitely deserve that.

Well made, fill goes out to all corners, came quickly.... couldn't have asked for more!

So I ordered 2 items from this establishment. I waited for what I thought was a more than reasonable time for my items to be delivered. They were patriotic throw pillow and a pillow cover. I finally received what I thought was my order last weekend only to discover it was another persons order. I immediately contacted the seller who was prompt with a response that they would look into it and send me my actual order. Even told me to keep what had been sent in mistake. I thought “Wow great customer service “ please note first order from Etsy ever. I waited 5 days with zero communication from the seller and finally emailed yesterday. Still zero response. Meanwhile my credit card has been charged for items I do not have …and have no clue when I will receive. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS SELLER or Etsy at this point .
